RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS ARE ONLY ISSUED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. We will gladly refund an unworn, unwashed product. If you would like to schedule a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject as “RETURN” within 10 days of customer receipt to arrange return. Once the product has been received and inspected then we will issue a refund. We do not refund custom orders, shipping charges or rush order fees. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. There are NO RETURNS on sale or custom made items!
We will gladly exchange an unworn, unwashed product WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE RECEIPT DATE. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email email@example.com with the subject as “EXCHANGE” WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE RECEIPT DATE to arrange exchange with the reason for the exchange. Once the product has been received and inspected then we will ship your new product to you. If there is a price difference we will charge or refund the difference. There are NO EXCHANGES on sale or custom items.
